MicrochippingIn April 2016 it will become a legal requirement to have your dog microchipped.
Microchipping is particularly good to have if your dog is lost or stolen. The tiny chip is inserted under the skin. Most dogs don't even notice what is happening during the procedure. The chip contains all of the owner's details so that if the dog is found it can be easily scanned and reunited with the owner as quickly as possible. |
The reason I offer this service is because nervous dogs often get very anxious when visiting the vets. Previous experiences often leave a dog feeling scared at the sound and smell of the veterinary practice.
By bringing your dog to me or by me coming to you at your house we eliminate that fear. This way your dog is microchipped professionally in a stress-free and friendly environment.
